Architect@work returns in 2018

1800 professionals visited the trade show in Forum

123 companies from all over Denmark worked close to deadline in order to show their new products in Forum Copenhagen last week. It was the second edition of Architect@work in Copenhagen – the next is set for 2018.

1800 professionals, working in construction and architecture, emerged themselves in the heaps of new products that are just about to be launched into the market.

- This is the place to be, says lighting-consultant from Louis Poulsen, Thomas Hundevadt.

- In comparison to the other exhibitions, this one has got a very strong concept with wow-factor and lounge-areas. Everyone’s got the same conditions where no one gets favoured, so all exhibitors are play on a level field. We all have the same amount of space and I find that very compelling.

Sales consultant Dennis Beenfeldt from fixture-manufacturer Vola spent the first day of the exhibition, networking.

According to him, the exhibition is already reputable in the city and among manufacturers.

Dennis Beenfeldt also believes that the people behind Architect@work have good relations with the danish architects, which is the reason that Vola decided to participate.

One of the visitors on the second day was architect and head of communications at Årstiderne Arkitekter, Bodil Mathile Ranning. She dived into the wood-exhibition and was impressed with the many products and exhibitors.

- Everything’s right here, anything that you could wish for as an architect – all under one roof. As architects we don’t have time to attend all the different product-launches and presentations that we're invited to, even if they are important in our work. I hope that my colleagues attend today, for it is a prime opportunity to save time and money, she concludes.
