Bolia continues rapid expansion

The Danish design company opened their second store in The Hague this week, and hopes to open a new store every month

With the king's castle right around the corner, Bolia now opens their second store in the Netherlands, in The Hague.

Bolia opened their first shop in the Netherlands, in Amsterdam, in december of last year. And just like the store in Amsterdam, the new shop in The Hague is located in an area full of creative charms, a great exposure for New Scandinavian Design to the large international environment in the city.

- The demand for Nordic Design is big in the Netherlands, and we are very excited about the great reception that our first store in Amsterdam has gotten. Since opening, that store has been around 50% ahead of the sales budget, and we are very pleased with the location that we have now found in The Hague. That is why we're extra excited to be represented in this beautiful and international city, with hopes that our succes in the Netherlands will continue, says Lars Lyse Hansen, CEO at Bolia International A/S.

More new Bolia stores are coming in the Netherlands next year, in Utrecht, Rotterdam og Amsterdam.

- Bolia is developing and expanding in old and new markets. In the future, it is our ambition to open one Bolia store per month, and our expansion continues, among other in the german market with our new shops in Cologne and Düsseldorf. Now we are planning our new stores in Bremen and Hannover in the next couple of months. Until then, we are very excited to open our first store in Switzerland, in Zürich, in less than a month, and we are looking forward to introducing New Scandinavian Design to this affluent market, Lars Lyse Hansen concludes.
