Go black in the kitchen

| By Nordic Design News | Notify the newsdesk of a story

The Danish kitchen firm has launched their new Bordo black-kitchen.

According to Kvik Bordo is made as a contrast to the white kitchen that has been the trend for a long time.

In a time where the personal, warm and unique look catches on a black and matt kitchen is a natural step, states Kvik.

The trend changes from all white to dark stained wooden floors and coloured wallpapers, patterns and textiles.

- We see an increasing number of dark kitchens as it becomes a room where we interact, live and play – and also cook and much more. The kitchen is no longer separated from the rest of the home in its expression but decorated with personal items and warmth, exactly as the rest of our home, states Kvik.
